Terribly sorry for not updating sooner but we have obviously been busy honeymooning, reception-ing, standby-ing and making our new humble abode everything we want and need it to be.
We honeymooned in Helen Ga for 4 days. Its a beautiful little german town with fun shops, particularly candy shops (something I was thrilled about for the main fact that I didn't need to fit into my size 2 dress ever again) and even tubing! one of my other favorite events for summer! We had a great time tanning by the lake and eating lots of candy and caramel apples.

Here are some of the hilarious t-shirts we saw and almost bought:
We should have bought them right?!?!!? thats what I told bryan too :)
Flying standby back to SLC was......an adventure to say the least. It took us well over 48 hrs to arrive in Idaho but we kept a good and fun attitude the whole time and we even had a layover in Las Vegas! I've never been so we walked up and down the strip and almost got henna tattoos! We're so CA-RAZY right?!?!!?!
We've had fun so far in our few weeks of marriage and are ready to take on the rest of 'em :)
Today we were able to wake up early, on Bryan's day off I might add, and accompany each other to the temple to do an endowment session. I've been wanting to go back since I left the Manhattan Temple just a few weeks ago. It really helped me to count my blessings and remember how special my relationship with my husband is.
Bryan has been working all week, we've been lucky enough to keep his job even though he asked to take so much time off for the wedding. I've also got a job interview for friday and one of my favorite guilty pleasure stores, PIER 1! I'm really excited and prepared to do my best to charm the manager :)
Casie and Aaron are coming over tonight for dinner, OUR FIRST GUESTS! We're SUPER PUMPED and will be cleaning until they get here hahaha
'til next time!
-sassy
